man formail.  It comes with procmail, and does exactly what you want.  

An example from my own procmail filter.  DeathPenguin is a forwarding only
address.  

  | formail -rtkb  -I"From: Wotan's MailBouncing Daemon (wotan@DeathPenguin.com)" \
