What news readers are available with the following attributes?

 1. Will run under at least one of Linux, OS/2

 2. Will download XOVER data but won't download bodies unless
    requested to by score file or explicit request.

 3. Will use XHDR if necessary to process score file.

 4. Will use References header field to control presentation of
    articles in a thread.

 5. Will allow offline marking of headers for subsequent retrieval.

 6. MIME support

 7. Either no HTML support, or the ability to turn it off in a
profile.

 8. UTF-8 support

Note that I have no requirement for support of binary news groups.
